Yoga lessons

Most of my lessons of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga take place in Prague. I offer public lessons in Prague at several studios, as well as private lessons for individuals or small groups, or even lessons for companies (be it offices or hotels).

In general, my lessons are based on a shortened first series of ashtanga yoga. This traditional style of yoga is dynamic and builds strength, at the same time you are stretching the muscles of your whole body and your life energy is rising. The flow is fluid and consists of standing, sitting and lying exercises. There is of course a final relaxation during which your body is relieved of stress and negative emotions.

I adjust lessons according to students’ proficiency and their current state of health. Each position can be carried out in several variations according to the physical capabilities of each student.

I offer lessons both in Czech and English.

Public Lessons

You can enjoy regular lessons on:

  • Tuesday 7:00-8:00 at Yoga Blue Art
  • Tuesday 17:30-18:30 at Yoga Blue Art

In addition, I organize non-regular yoga lessons with the Vegan Sport Club, summer lessons in the open air (for example Roxy yoga with Andy from FitFab), and also teach occasionally in several studios in the centre of Prague (R5, Dům Jógy, etc.).

Private Lessons

If you have just started practicing yoga and you need to help with correcting your posture, or if you already practice yoga, but you are stuck at a dead end and you need to move on, a private lesson is just what you are looking for.

The advantage of private lessons is that you have 100% of the lecturer´s attention and she/he can prepare a flow for you according to your needs (i.e. depending on shortcomings, health restrictions, etc.).

Lessons take place either at your home or in a yoga studio. The price for private lessons varies according to the frequency of lessons and your other requirements.

Office Yoga

At present, yoga is one of the most popular employee benefits. And that’s great. As a person working in the office I know very well how many great effects can yoga bring for a sedentary job.

During these lessons, I focus on strengthening of the flaccid muscles caused by sitting all day on the chair, stretching the shortened muscles, and also on total relaxation from stress.
